Founder & Managing Director

Nicole is a results-driven PR & events professional with 9+ years of integrated experience in global PR, internal comms, investor relations & brand partnerships. As the Founder & Managing Director of Americana, Nicole has led impactful campaigns to improve brand awareness and develop/drive media relations, investor relations and crisis comms strategies. Working with a variety of clients in sectors including health & wellness, clothing & accessories, homewares, regenerative agriculture, and non-profit, Nicole has placed stories in international publications including BBC, Prolific North, City AM, The Independent, FT, Forbes, CNN, POLITICO, Bloomberg, the Wall Street Journal, and more.

Cassandra Dowell

US Managing Director

As the US Managing Director at Americana Communications, Cassandra brings a wealth of experience and a passion for bringing breakthrough ideas to the forefront. With over a decade of expertise navigating highly regulated emerging markets including sustainable tech, AI and cannabis/CBD.​ Cassandra honed her prowess in devising effective communication strategies within intricate regulatory landscapes. Cassandra has led PR campaigns for multiple IPOs and publicly traded companies on the Nasdaq. Cassandra also previously worked as an award-winning journalist & writer for various publications in the United States including The Chicago Tribune and The Northwest Herald.

Greg Sandy

Account Manager

As Account Manager at Americana, Greg manages communications development and client relations with deep expertise in event planning and coordination, client AI discoverability strategy, and business development. With a background spanning the UK development sector and emerging markets/high-risk industries, Greg brings a rare combination of operational precision, relationship management, and global perspective to his work. As an Account Manager at Americana Communications, Greg supports clients by shaping event programs, securing high-impact speaking opportunities, and strengthening media relationships. Greg’s work has contributed to successful campaigns and brand-building initiatives across sectors, helping clients elevate visibility and build credibility.
